On Tuesday February 14 ESCEI was invited to the El Segundo Board Room for a special session to honor the work we've done. Presenting to board members, representatives from our sponsors Chevron, Ed Foundation, and Rotary Club ESCEI updated the members on recent achievements, future goals and upcoming milestones.
ESCEI Student Mentor Carson Doering and Founder/Director Shrenil Sharma shared the success we've had in the few months this program started. Since our start in November of 2016 ESCEI has been gaining students, corporate partners and recognition by PLTW and educational faculty. ESCEI also updated the board on our recent trip to Riverside for the PLTW Statewide conference via interactive videos made by our production team.
Ending the presentation ESCEI invited the members to El Segundo's Night on March 23 from 5:30-8:30 which is planned to be the best ESCEI event yet incorporating show planning and showcasing El Segundo High School and the engineering pathway. For more information please visit our events page.
